The villa is placed on the side of the mountain " Le Faron ", in an elevated and residential area, with a panoramic sight on of the natural harbour of Toulon. The villa is situated in a quiet environment. .

The house has 3 apartments, Two of them are used for vacation rental. In winter time only the groundfloor apartment is available for rent. It is possible to take nice walks, in a typically provençal landscape, just behind the house. The lodging is situated outside Toulon. You need a car to go shopping or to go to the beach.

The apartment on the groundfloor have 3 bedrooms. 2 double beds and one single bed. The surface is about 77 m2 The lodging is equipped with an American kitchen with television, oven, refrigerator and washing machine. The living room and the kitchen has a surface about 20 m2. The living room is directed to the south with a great glazed bay which gives on the terrace, where you can perceive Toulon and the Mediterranean Sea. Bathroom with bath, W C, bidet and washbasin. Table, chairs, parasol on the terrace. Heating: Electric cables in the floor.

 Price: 500,- euros a week in june, juli, august. 350,- euros a week the other months.
